Codes are sent out only to the Primary/First Contact of a student. This is the person the family has advised us is the first person to be contacted about their child. sQuid only allows one person per student to have full access to their account. If a second person registers with sQuid and adds the same code they will receive an error. However sQuid has a Friends & Family feature that allows more than one person to top up a child’s account but with more limited functionality. Details can be found on our School Website here

Existing catering balances have been transferred from our previous online payment system and can be viewed in sQuid.

Trips and other features will be made available soon and any part payments will be transferred from our previous system.

A few families have reported a problem with “invalid card details” when trying to add their child’s code. This may be because they have registered on sQuid’s old website, particularly if they use Google to find the site. Please ensure that you register here and always visit this web address to use sQuid. You will need to re-register at the correct site below if you are seeing this error.

If you have checked that you registered at the correct address and still cannot add your child’s code then please contact sQuid directly to resolve this at customerservice@squidcard.com

Do try to top your child’s account up in advance as we have found some delay in the balances showing income.

Our other main system for parents and carers is Edulink One, which very many of you use already. Details for signing up can be found here This is a self service sign up and you will not need to receive an invitation from the school to register.

Edulink One allows you to view information about your child including their attendance, reports, timetable and achievement records. It also has a new feature that allows you to connect it to your sQuid account for easier access.

Once you have registered for both systems you can use the sQuid link in Edulink One and follow the on screen instructions.

The latest information on sQuid will be kept up to date on this page
