EduLink One 

EduLink One is our online system for parents and students to access information including attendance, timetable, behaviour, reports and homework. The following instructions are specifically for parents. Students and Staff do not have a seperate EduLink login.

1. Accounts have been set up using the email addresses that you have supplied to the school. You can access these accounts by requesting a password reset on the EduLink One site as shown below. The School ID is BMS.

Click on ‘RESET LOGIN’ shown below:

Please note: The ‘Log in with Google’ option is for staff and student use only. Parents/Carers should use the email address that they have already provided to the School.

2. Enter the email address that you have provided to the school.

3. You will be sent an email that contains your username and a link to set a password for your account.

4. Once you have your username and password, you will be able to access the EduLink One website: www.edulinkone.com

iPayimpact Online Payments

At Blatchington Mill School we try to reduce cash onsite. Our online payment provider is iPayimpact which is used for our cashless catering accounts and for payments for items such as trips and revision guides.

Parents/carers create their own iPayimpact accounts or you may already have one if you have children in other schools. Once you have an account you can add your child to it by giving a student registration reference. The Primary Contacts of all new students will receive an email with registration details for their child when they start. If you haven’t received this email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you have more than one child in school, you will receive separate registration emails for each one and will need to add them to your iPayimpact account individually.

Further information on how to set up your account and register your children with iPayimpact can be found on their YouTube Channel and Website.

You can also use the Single Sign On with Edulink to access iPayimpact. Click on the iPayimpact Payments icon and it will redirect you to the iPayimpact email validation page. Enter your email and iPayimpact checks to see if you have an existing account. If it finds an account, it will link up your account and password so the next time you click on the iPayimpact Payments icon, you do not have to sign in (single sign-on).

You can still log in to iPayimpact directly if you choose via the Website or App.

Parents' Evening System

The School uses the Parents' Evening System to book appointments with your child's teachers. We will let you know when a Parents' Evening is scheduled for your children and you can login via the Parents' Evening Login Page. Successful login requires you to enter some data about you and your child exactly as it is recorded by the school. Please contact the school if it is incorrect.

 

Sickness and Absence reporting via Studybugs

You can use Studybugs to inform the school about your child being absent from school for medical reasons and you will need to register an account on their site (studybugs.com/about/parents). Alternatively you can leave a message with the school by telephoning 01273 206874 or by sending a text message to 07860 055 853.
