We know that you may not want to speak to someone at school so you can also get confidential advice online using this link to the Childline website or if you have concerns about your mental health you can text the word SUSSEX to 85258 to access confidential support from SHOUT 24/7. Don't forget, if you are in immediate danger dial 999!

Please remember that submissions to "Staying Safe @ Blatch" are only screened during term time, if you are submitting something during the holidays, please use the services mentioned above.
