This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a Music department with a rich history of nurturing exceptional and inclusive musicianship and fostering a lifelong love of music for students. This is a post for a real enthusiast who holds very high expectations of what the role of music should be in students' lives. You will be given the opportunity to oversee excellent facilities, and lead a team of talented staff, in a school that wants to deliver excellent music teaching to all students. You will also have the support of a school that values the arts, and encourages all students to study practical subjects through to GCSE.
