Primary Scientists

Tuesday, 19 September 2017

Last week we welcomed a Year 6 class from West Blatchington Primary School into our brand new science lab for a taster lesson. The pupils loved learning all about the heart, and even had the opportunity to dissect one! Over the course of the year we will be inviting every Year 6 class in Hove to come and experience a science lesson at Blatch, where they’ll get to dissect eyes or hearts or debate the existence of dinosaurs. As well as this, we’ll be inviting our local primary schools to get involved in theatre workshops and training primary staff in Maths Mastery techniques.

Well done to the super West Blatch pupils - we’re looking forward to meeting the rest of Hove’s Year 6’s throughout the rest of the year!
