Following the fantastic success of our trip to Ziletral in Austria last February, we are now making a booking for 2013.
The details and the application slip are available on the portal for you to download and complete should you wish to reserve a place on the trip.
The ski arena Nassfeld, Hermagor-Kärnten lies in south-western Carinthia on the Austrian-Italian border. It provides 30 state of the art cable cars and lifts and 110 km of slopes catering to all levels of expertise from beginners' slopes to a world cup piste. It enjoys a reputation as one of the largest, most attractive and snowy ski areas in Austria.
Our hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from the lively village of Hermagor and approximately 10-15 minutes by coach from the lifts at Tröpolach. We will have a buffet breakfast, hot lunch on the mountain and three course evening meal in the hotel which also has a games room, featuring table tennis, table football and pool tables. The local area offers a variety of evening entertainments for our groups including bowling, curling, swimming, karaoke and pizza nights.
The trip is open to boys and girls in all years apart from those who will be Y11 (currently Y10). About 60% of our trips are usually beginners trying out this exhilarating activity for the first time. We usually have around 20 experienced skiers.
If you have any further queries about the trip please do not hesitate to contact me at the school.
Yours sincerely,
- Mr. M. Coups
