The Young People’s Arts Award

The Arts Award is a national qualification which supports young people in their development as artists and arts leaders. Doing an Arts Award can help to develop creative, communication and leadership skills.

Any young person aged between 11-25 can take part in the Arts Award through a school, youth centre, arts organisation or youth arts scheme.

The Arts Award is accredited at levels 1, 2 and 3 (Bronze, Silver and Gold) on the National Qualifications Framework. Certificates are issued by Trinity College London.

The Arts Award recognises achievements in all art forms (performing arts, visual arts, creative arts) including technical and support roles.
