Course Content

This course is a very successful one, both in terms of pupil enjoyment and final results.

There is a mix of practical and theoretical studies which give students a strong element of choice throughout the course.

Students who are genuinely interested in the media and are able to study independently, both in terms of individual research and ability to work in a group outside the direct supervision of a teacher, will be best suited to A level Media Studies.

Students will study a variety of media and will have the opportunity to produce practical work in video and desk top publishing.
